Abstract The purpose of this Regulation is to protect the endangered species Herminium monorchis. Any form of removal, damage or destruction of the species is prohibited. For this purpose development, road construction, limestone, clear cutting, forest planting, spraying and fertilizing is prohibited. The conservation action plan shall be established with guidelines for management, maintenance and other necessary measures to preserve the species' ecological functions in the habitat.
