Abstract

The Regulation, based on the provisions of paragraph 155 (5) of the Water Act, establishes the list of data to be entered in the farm register and the procedure for maintaining the farm register. It consists of four sections: Scope of application (1); Maintenance of field book (2); List of information to be submitted in field register (3); and Procedure for submission and storage of data to be entered in field register (4). Among others, the information to be submitted in a field register includes data of the analysis of the soil sample must also be entered in the field book, which must contain information on the year of soil sampling and the phosphorus content (P mg / kg) assumed by plants if the specification of subsection 161 (9) of the Water Act is used and the actual post-harvest yield of the relevant crops specified in the requirements for the use of fertiliser established on the basis of subsection 161 (11) of the Water Act and information concerning the planned yield.
