Abstract The purpose of this Regulation is to protect the endangered species Cephalan Dracocephalum ruyschiana. Any form of removal, damage or destruction of this specie is prohibited. For this purpose, development, road construction, forest planting, spraying and fertilizing is prohibited. The convservation action plan shall be established with guidelines for management, maintenance and other necessary measures to preserve the species' ecological functions in the habitat.
