This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation determines the maximum levels (MRL) of certain food contaminants and microbiological criteria for food safety and food hygiene; the requirements for the sampling methods and methods of analysis applied in the conduction of official food controls as regards the effective content of certain pollutants.
