Abstract

The Regulation 486 of 2018 proclaims the lakes of Ulza and Shkopeti a co-managed fishery zone. The co-management plan will be approved by ministerial order within twelve months of the entry into force of this decision. The permissible activities in the Ulza lake must be in compliance with the protected areas legislation and the objectives of the Ulza regional park management plan, category IV. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and the Ministry of Tourism and Environment share enforcement and implementation responsibility.
