Regulation No 48 of the Minister of Economic Affairs concerning Predefined permissible nominal quantities of prepackages and the requirements for the markings.

This Regulation shall be applicable to packaging and labelling of liquid and solid foodstuffs. The identification of prepackages with predefined nominal quantity is the use of an e-shape in the marking of the nominal quantity of the prepackage. The predefined nominal quantity of the product containing in the prepackage may be from 5 ml to 10 l (included) or from 5 g to 10 kg (included) and may possess values listed in Tables 1 to 4.
