Abstract

This Regulation lays down emission limit values per unit volume for exhaust gases from existing and new large combustion plants, their application to multi-fuel combustion plants and the degree of desulphurisation depending on the rated thermal input of the plant. It consists of eleven sections: Scope of regulation (1); Pollutant emission limit value (2); Limit values for pollutant emissions from existing combustion plants (3); Limit values for pollutant emissions from new combustion plants (4); Emission limit values for pollutants from existing combustion plants used during limited working hours (5); Emission limit values for pollutants for combustion plants using by-products and waste in the chemical and petroleum industries (6); Emission limit values for pollutants for existing and new gas turbines using light and middle distillates (7); Application of emission limit values for pollutants to gas turbines used in emergency situations (8); Application of emission limit values for pollutants in case of several fuel combustion plants (9); Requirements for degree of desulphurisation of combustion plants using local solid fuels (10); and Implementing provisions (11).
