Abstract

This Regulation establishes the following requirements for combustion plants with a rated thermal input corresponding to the heat input of 1 MWth or more and less than 50 MWth: emission limit values for sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and particulates; requirements for the monitoring of emissions of sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, particulate matter and carbon monoxide; and criteria for compliance with emission limit values for pollutants. It consists of four chapters: General provisions (1); Terms (2); Emission limit values for pollutants, requirements for the monitoring of pollutant emissions and criteria for compliance with emission limit values (3); and Implementing provisions (4).
