Abstract

The Regulation, based on the provisions of paragraph 197 (3) of the Water Act, provides for the data composition of the application for registration of activities with aquatic environmental risk and registration. It consists of three sections: Data set of application for registration of activities with aquatic environmental risk (1); Data composition of registration of activities with aquatic environment risk (2); and Entry into force of regulation (3).
