Abstract

This Regulation implements technical procedures for the production and placing on the market of CAC fruit-tree propagative materials ("Conformitas Agraria Communitatis"). It prescribes official controls by IPPAA on agricultural products and marketing, provisions on the importation of propagative materials, farmers' obligations related to imports, hygiene and quality standards, cultivation and harvest planning, etc. The text specifies plant varieties and necessary information which farmers must supply to the Regional Directorates of Agriculture.
