Abstract

This Regulation lays down detailed requirements for the operation of waste incineration plants and waste co-incineration plants. It consists of six sections: Scope of application (1); Total content of organic carbon in slag and bottom ash (2); Temperature and residence time of gas generated during combustion in the hearth (3); Requirements for operation of auxiliary burner (4); Requirements for interruption of supply of automatic system waste (5); and Requirement to restrict the discharge of effluent from the cleaning of effluent gases into the outlet (6).
