Abstract

This Regulation establishes that selected samples of ethyl alcohol and liquors for sensory analysis shall comply with standards and shall be certified. Selected samples shall be accompanied by composition, ingredients and description of technological instruction. Sensory analysis can be open or blind, in the later case the name of product and producer shall not be communicated and samples shall be encoded. In case of necessity members of commission for sensory analysis can select samples from production and storage facilities of the producer of ethyl alcohol and liquors.
