Abstract

The purpose of the present Regulation, adopted by the Ministry of Climate and Environment, is to provide a definition of marine gas oil allowed for petroleum-based fuels in use or on board ships calling at the territorial waters of Svalbard, by specifying an upper limit for viscosity, density, and pour point. Article 2 contains the definition of marine gas oil.
