Abstract

This Regulation sets rules of the protection of Prosciutto di Parma as a designation of origin. Prosciutto di Parma shall be produced, processed, packaged, labeled and marketed in accordance with the provisions of Commission Regulation (EC) No. 1107/96 of 12 June 1996, cf. the product specification as amended by Commission Regulation (EC) No. 102/2008 of 4 February 2008 and Commission Regulation (EU) No 148/2010 of 23 February 2010, as well as the Single Document, as as set out in Annex II of Commission Regulation (EU) No 148/2010.
