Abstract

The present Regional Regulation determines the modalities of the organization and allotment to the legal persona and individual entrepreneurs of the fishing areas and the utilization thereof for industrial fisheries free of charge on condition of permanent (fixed-date) competitive basis. All the participants must be in possession of fishing licence. The applicants shall specify the number of the requested marine or fluvial fishing area and availability of fishing vessels and fish processing capacity. The tender commission as criteria shall take into consideration the participation of the applicant in stock enhancement arrangements.
