Abstract This Regulation declares the Narta Lagoon to be a co-management fishery area and opens the lagoon up for traditional fishery activities. The co-management plan will be approved by the Minister of Agricultural, Rural Development, and Water Administration within 12 months from the entry into force Regulation. The activities and the investments to take place in the Narta Lagoon have to be in compliance with the legal framework and the objectives of the protected areas management plan.
