This Regulation enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

The aim of this Regulation is to protect wildlife and the ecosystem. It is composed of 10 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Article 3 provides for the establishment of the Technical Committee which shall study applications for the creation of national parks and protected areas. Article 4 entrusts the Council of Ministries with the definition of the borders of protected areas or national parks in accordance with the recommendations of the aforementioned Committee. Articl
