Abstract

This Regulation applies to a foreign worker working in Estonia and a foreign worker working in another country and originating from Estonia. An employer is a legal person whose employee operates in another enterprise in the area of supervision or control. The obligations of the employer set out in this Regulation shall also apply to a self-employed person who carries out monitoring and control activities in another company. An undertaking is a natural or legal person who is responsible for radiation activities in the field of surveillance or inspection and with whom an external employee performs work duties. The dose card of a foreign worker is a personal document of the foreign worker in which the data on the monitoring of personal doses of occupational exposure received by the foreign worker in the field of monitoring or control in Estonia or another country are entered. The Regulation consists of five sections: General provisions (1); Data to be entered on dose card of foreign worker (2); Application for dose card of foreign worker (3); Completion and return of dose card of foreign worker (4); and Entry into force of regulation (5).
