Abstract

The Regulation applies to the hunting of minke whales in the economic zone, the fishery protection zone around Svalbard, the fishery zone around Jan Mayen and in international waters within the IWC areas ESB, EW, EN and CM. Allowed total quota catch for 2012 is max. 1286 minke whales between 1 April and 15 September.
