Abstract This Regulation sets rules on administrative requirements on permits for whale hunting. The Fisheries Directorate grants hunting permits followed by written application from vessel/vessel owners and when the following criteria are met: the hunting vessel must officially be registered; application for hunting must be submitted: applicants must own at least 50% of the vessel; applicants must have participated in whale hunting activities once over the past six years.
