Regulation No. 240 establishing the criteria for the marketing and certification of the plant genetic material and fruit trees saplings.

The regulation lays down the criteria for the marketing of the plant genetic material and the fruit trees saplings with regard to their categories, identity and quality, packaging and labeling rules, as well as the rules of procedure for certification. The applicable list of species and their hybrids is attached to the regulation.
