Abstract

The present Regulation lays down rules for tusk and ling fishing fort north of 62° N in 2023. It prohibits tusk and ling fshing beyond the established quotas. The total allowable catch for Norwegian vessels in the area defined by the Regulation is 10 454 tonnes for ling and 8 076 for for tusk. The Regulation further prohibits transshipment. The Directorate of Fisheries can order a halt of fishing when the quotas have been used.
