Abstract This Regulation determines the conditions and procedure for submission of declarations regarding the following: location and capacity of grain storage facilities; storage sites and the amount of grain in them; quantity of grain produced and available; quantities of rice husk produced and on stocks of rice by species. This text further sets out the rules as regards the keeping and storing of databases on the location and capacity of grain storage facilities present and operating on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, including information on persons who manage them; carrying out checks on the submission and checks over the effective accuracy of such delivered data; summarizing, transmitting and storing the data obtained during above mentioned activities.
