This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.

Abstract

This Regulation defines the health requirements for companion animals (listed in Annex 1) as regard their non-commercial purpose movement and transport, as well as requirements for carrying out checks on such type of movement and transport.
