Abstract

The Regulation applies to food and food ingredients which are produced, in part or in whole, from genetically modified soya beans or from genetically modified maize. This Regulation does not apply to: (a) food additives, artificial flavourings and extraction solvents; (b) food produced from genetically modified soya beans or from genetically modified maize in which neither protein nor DNA resulting from genetic modification is present; and (c) food produced from soya beans or maize the correspon
