Abstract This Regulation sets rules on the supervision, licensing and inspection of foodstuff for human consumption, including and zoonoses, rabies and trichinosis. The document also includes provisions on the export of meat inspection and quality control of fish and fishery products. Inspection facilities must be authorized by the Greenlandic Government in order comply with hygienic requirements when importing, producing, trading, storing and transporting food. Mandatory vaccination against rabies, trichinosis and zoonoses shall be regulated by the Government in order to avoid risks of infection.
