This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation defines the general and special sanitary and hygiene requirements aimed to be observed by all Bulgarian based establishments or facilities engaged in the producing of meat products and other products of animal origin intended for human consumption or for the production of other foodstuff.
