This Regulation enters into force on 1 August 2008.
Abstract

This Regulation sets the animal health requirements to be applied when placing on the market, importing and transiting aquatic animals and their products; precautionary measures with regard to the control of the aquatic animal diseases undertaken by the National Veterinary Office, as well as measures to be taken by persons responsible for aquaculture production business and any other industry related to this business.
