Abstract

The Regulation is intended to promote safety of watercourse structures and to prevent damage to the environment and property. It is regulated and administered by the Norwegian Water Resources and Energy Directorate (NVE). The Regulation applies to the responsibility in operating watercourse structures and the registration of monitoring activities to the NVE.
