Abstract

The present Regulation lays down detailed rules on the transition period and compensation to reduce the negative consequences stemming from the prohibition of keeping fur animals contained in Act No. 63 of 21 June 2019. The compensation under this Regulation is granted to fur breeders who kept fur animals for fur animal production on 15 January 2018. It is a condition for compensation that the fur breeder has stopped the fur animal production.
