Abstract The Regulation is intended to set rules on financial contribution to harvest surplus of wildlife. NGOs, institutions, municipalities and individuals may be granted such subsidies for a) facilitating and recruitment for hunting; b)for information on hunting and hunting opportunities; c) mapping of wildlife resources and wildlife habitats, as well as wild interests in municipalities and regions; d) incorporation of wildlife habitats areas and game in municipal plans under the Planning and Building Act; e) the creation and operation of local cooperations; f) participation in licensees' operations planning; and g) administrative research and monitoring.
