Abstract

This Regulation sets a minimum quantity to be fulfilled when puchasing apple concentrate, apple juice or apples to press. The minimum quantity applies for the period between 1 October 2014 and 30 September 2015 - as distributed under article 1. Commercial entities shall be divided into groups by total consumption of apple concentrate, apple juice and pressed apples during this period. Small enterprises may have a combined consumption of 250 000 kg. Midsize companies between 250 000 kg and 800 000 kg. Large enterprises with a combined consumption of over 800 000 kg. This calculation includes both Norwegian and imported goods.
