This Regulation enters into force on 1 January 2008.
Abstract

Substantive and formal requirements for applications submitted for obtaining written consent for importing to Estonia and scientific research of feedingstuffs. A person wishing to import to Estonia and use for scientific research additives in feedingstuffs and certain products used in animal nutrition and feedingstuffs containing them specified in subsection 15 (1) of the Feedingstuffs Act shall submit a written application for obtaining written consent in compliance with the format specified in Annex to the Veterinary and Food Board within 30 working days before the planned import of the batch of feedingstuffs to Estonia. The Board shall make a decision to grant or to refuse to grant the consent within 30 working days as of the receipt of a correctly completed application. A copy of a decision shall be sent to the applicant by post or electronic means within five working days as of the date of making the decision.
