Abstract

This Regulation applies to Norwegian and foreign commercial vessels carrying out exploration and fishing activities for haddock in the fishery protection area around Svalbard. Quota of haddock catch by Greenlandic vessels fishing in the Norwegian economic zone north of 62°N, shall be deducted by the originally allowed quota. ​​Vessels from the EU and the Faroe Islands are permitted to a bycatch for a maximum of 19% for each catch.
