Abstract

The Central Bank of the Russian Federation establishes the following modalities of payments in foreign currency based upon mutual clearing between residents engaged in industrial fisheries and non-residents that carry out agency service. The document consists of 4 Sections. Section 1 establishes the modalities of carrying out payments based upon mutual clearing and determines the modalities of supervision over them. Section 2 establishes the modalities of forwarding by the Bank information regarding the infringement by the vessel owner of the requirements of the present Regulation to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation. Section 3 regards the modalities of the suspension of payments based upon mutual clearing at the request of the Ministry of Finance. Section 4 lays down the conclusive provisions.
