Abstract This Regulation applies to the ban for fishing in the territorial waters of Svalbards by Norwegian and foreign vessels. Failure to comply with this Regulation shall be subject to penalties in accordance to article 4 of Act No. 20 of 28 April 1978, and to Act No. 37 (articles 61, 64 and 65).
