Abstract This Regulation applies to the Fisheries Protection Zone around Svalbard. Norwegian and foreign vessels may not engage in any commercial fishing for capelin in the area. Failure of compliance with this regulation shall be subject to punishment in accordance with articles 8 and 9 of Act No. 91, and articles 61, 64 and 65 of Act No. 37.
