Abstract Purpose of this Regulation is to ensure environmental, economic and health proper collection and transport of sludge in the municipality of Oppdal. It applies to sludge and wastewater from all sludge separators, tanks, mini treatment plants, as well as to recreational buildings with such facilities. The Regulation enforces payment fees for emptying activities therefore. The Regulation does NOT cover the disposal of oil and grease containers for industrial wastewater.
