Abstract

The Methodical Instruction are destined for the determination of histamine in fishes (scomber, scad, Pollack, coalfish, tunny fish, herring, sprats, salmon, etc.) with the use of test system ridascreen histamine. RIDASCREEN® is the registered trade mark of R-Biopharm, Germany.
