Abstract The Regulation applies to the fishing of Trisopterus esmarkii in 2012. Bycatch allowed when fishing for other species is equivalent to a maximum of 20%. Fishing vessels may catch and land one quota allowance of the individual species in 2012. Landing and transfer of catch between vessels is not permitted.
