It implements Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2249 of 20 December 2017, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2468 of 20 December 2017, Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/2470 of 20 December 2017, and Commission Regulation (EU) 456 of 19 March 2018. When an enterprise is unsure whether a foodstuff falls within the scope of application of Regulation (EU) 2015/2283 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 November 2015, the Norwegian Food Safety Authority shall, on the basis of the documentation provided by the interested party, decide whether the foodstuff falls within its scope.
