Abstract

This Regulation makes adjustments with regard to the allowed annual gross income from marine fishing or hunting of crustaceans, molluscs and small whales which shall be equivalent to a value of minimum 50 000 NOK for non-fully employed individuals involved in fishing and other harvesting of wild living marine resources. Exemptions may be granted to persons who receive regular or disability (60%) pension and if they have either fished and hunted at sea (crustaceans, molluscs and small whales) as main occupation in five of the last 20 years before retirement. Individuals with an annual gross income exceeding 100 000 NOK, shall not be fully employed in other professional or industry than fishing and other harvesting of wild living marine resources.
