Abstract This Regulation shall be applicable to fisheries for commercial purposes and fishfarming. The Ministry of Environmental protection shall have the right to set quotas for catch of fishing resources depending upon availability thereof and to issue fisheries licenses to business entities. Fishing reports shall be submitted to the Ministry the following year. Fishfarming enterprises shall have the duty to use advanced fishfarming technologies. Fishfarming licenses shall be issued after the conclusion of environment impact assessment. Fisheries and fishfarming activities shall be regulated by contract with public authorities in accordance with the model form contained in the Annex 2.
