Abstract This Regulation establishes the list of items of information to be included in test protocols. A test protocol prepared concerning the results of analyses of alcohol shall set out the following information: (a) the name, seat and address of the issuer of the test protocol and the mark of identification of the test protocol; (b) the type of alcohol, the name of product and the ethanol content indicated on the labelling of the consumer packaging; (c) the seal of the issuer of the test protocol and the name, position and signature of the person responsible for the results set out in the test protocol. A test protocol prepared concerning the results of analyses of alcohol shall set out the following indicators determined according to the type of alcohol: (a) aldehydes; (b) original gravity; (c) ascorbic acid; (d) benzoic acid and benzoates; (e) esters; (f) fructose; (g)furfurole; (h) glucose; (i) glycerol; (j) dry extract; (k) dry residue; (l) volatile base nitrogenous compounds; (m) volatile acids; (n) volatile non-alcoholic substances; (o) methanol; (p) ph; (q) fusel oils; (r) yeasts and moulds; (s) sucrose; (t) citric acid; (u) sorbic acid and sorbates; (v) total ethanol content; (w) carbon dioxide; (x) actual ethanol content; (y)density; (z) sulphurous gas; (z-1) total acidity; and (z-2) total sugar.
