Abstract This Regulation, consisting of five Sections, establishes the requirements for Product and Goods Registration. Registration is recognized as a quality standard. Government organizations, communities, and private persons, producing products and goods (if those products are not yet standardized) may use a formulating standard mark, submitting an application for product registration to the Science Technology and Environment Agency. To organizations and person who have submitted an application for product registration will be granted a temporary quality certificate (protected and assisted) from the Standards Management Body for improving the quality and formulating standards. The Regulation is divided as follows: General Requirement (I); Rule (Codes) for Registration of Product and Goods (II); Principles for Consideration of Products and Goods Registration (III); Certification of Product and Goods Registration (IV); Implementation (V).
