Abstract

The present Regulation establishes the Aquaculture Fund, which shall be administered by the Ministry of Industry and Innovation. The role of the fund is to strengthen the development of infrastructure where aquaculture is practiced in the sea and constitutes the pillar of the economy in the surrounding area. The Fund shall provide grants in accordance with the decisions of the board, which shall be made in accordance with the provisions of this regulation. The Regulation contains detailed rules on the functioning of the board, application for grants, and other procedural matters.
