The Regulation enters into force on 1 December 2001.
Abstract

The Regulation's aim is to promote fishing, hunting and farming activities resulting in a long-term employment result. Criteria for the allocation of financial support includes the promotion of projects with social and economic viability presented by applicants with demonstrated professional competence in managerial skills. The subsidies may be granted if the applicant(s) shall partly contribute with a personal financial payment. In fishery, the Order may include the purchase of commercial vessels; in land, it may include construction, acquisition or expansion of commercial buildings which may be used for agricultural purposes (including animal keeping).
