Abstract The objective of the present Regulation is to ensure the establishment of effective and good municipal preparedness measures against minor cases of acute pollution. Municipalities are responsible for having preparedness measures in place to stop, remove and limit the impact of minor cases of acute pollution that are not covered by private preparedness under Aritcle 40 of the Pollution Act.
