Abstract

The Regulation establishes the conditions and procedure for the use of 46% of the proceeds from the auctioning of greenhouse gas emission allowances for the implementation of the measure “Promotion of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy in Public Buildings” for the implementation of the measure “State Budget Strategy 2019–2022” to improve the energy efficiency of central government buildings. In implementing the measure, the objective is to improve energy efficiency and promote the use of renewable energy through investments in buildings used by the central government. Support will be provided to achieve this goal. The Regulation consists of ten chapters: General provisions (1); Basis for granting support (2); Requirements for the applicant, application and energy audit of the building (3); Submission and processing of the application (4); Conditions for payment of the aid (5); Obligations of the beneficiary and reference to the grant (6); Submission of the final report (7); Modification of the decision granting the application and recovery of the grant (8); Appeal procedure (9); and Implementing provisions (10).
