This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Abstract

This Regulation prescribes the terms and necessary procedures for concluding and registering contracts for national raw milk supply. This text further sets out conditions and procedures for the recognition and withdrawal of recognition of milk producer organizations, associations of producer organizations and inter-branch organizations in milk and milk products sector on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria, including the procedure for exercising control over the conclusion and registration of raw milk supply contracts and control over the activities of recognized producer organizations, associations of producer organizations and inter-branch organizations engaged in milk sector. Raw milk shall be delivered and purchased on the territory of the country on the basis of concluded supply contracts, except in the case of authorized direct sales.
